The app
Tael is free, open-source software released under the MIT License. Your use, modification and distribution of the app are governed by that license, which is included with the source code.
Your content
You retain all rights to the photos, videos and films you create with Tael. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive, store or claim any rights to your content. You're responsible for having the rights to the media you use.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tael to create or distribute unlawful content, or to infringe others' rights. Respect the licenses of any music or media you import.
Bundled assets
Fonts, color LUTs and sample music bundled with the app are licensed under OFL, MIT
or are CC0 / public-domain, as documented in the project's ASSETS.md.
No warranty
Tael is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app or this website. See the MIT License for the full disclaimer.

Use of taelapp.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
